<h3><strong>About the Role</strong></h3>
<p>We are looking for a Renewable Portfolio Manager with knowledge of Power Markets to join our growing Renewables team. This role will sit in our new Berlin office at Ernst-Reuter-Platz 6, working closely together with our European Origination, Trading, Quant, Risk and Credit teams.</p>
<p>This will be a full-time role, owning the following responsibilities:</p>
<ul>
<li>You will price and manage balancing risk of fluctuating renewables in Europe. </li>
<li>You will bear PnL responsibility for your portfolio including daily position management, risk and performance monitoring. </li>
<li>You will stay on top of market developments and contribute to the development of our renewable power management platform. </li>
<li>Actively collaborate with other teams to ensure efficient workflows. </li>

<h3><strong>About You</strong></h3>
<p>This person will have a strong quantitative mindset and programming experience with Python. They will also be willing to work in the Trailstone Berlin office 4-5 days per week, along with our wider European Front Office team. In addition, we are looking for somebody with the following:</p>
<p><u>Essential Requirements:</u></p>
<ul>
<li>Bachelor's degree, graduate degree, or equivalent knowledge in engineering, mathematics, economics, or related fields. </li>
<li>Strong commercial skills and great communication.</li>
<li>Tangible understanding of power markets. </li>
<li>Experienced programming with Python.</li>
<li>Fluent English language skills. </li>
<li>Demonstrable working experience in portfolio management or trading in power markets is highly desirable but not essential. </li>
