Role Profile: HR Coordinator, London

Trailstone is seeking a HR Coordinator on a full-time, permanent basis. The successful candidate will work as part of a small, energetic HR team, that is global in nature and strives for ‘best in class’ when it comes to the employee and candidate experience.

Trailstone will continue to undergo positive changes in the coming years, and this is a pivotal moment in our company history. This is a truly exciting opportunity for an ambitious, junior HR professional to gain exposure and experience within a rapidly growing business. The successful candidate must be able to confidently and proactively manage all administration processes, with the ability to communicate effectively in order to support the provision of a seamless HR function.

We are happy to facilitate a hybrid working pattern, but some time in the London office each week is required.


What will you do?

  • Respond to internal and external HR-related inquiries or requests, providing assistance within appropriate timescales and escalating where required.
  • Manage robust onboarding and leaver processes, including undertaking exit interviews for junior employees.
  • Communicate proactively with key stakeholders at varying levels of seniority in relation to administration, recruitment, and project work.
  • Maintain Applicant Tracking System (Greenhouse), and all other data sources, ensuring that data is accurate for reporting purposes.
  • Manage employee administration, including but not limited to employment references, contracts of employment, variation letters, and benefit changes.
  • Schedule interviews, manage vacancies, and maintain a seamless candidate experience across recruitment processes.
  • Assist in ad-hoc HR projects such as collection of employee feedback, engagement, and wellbeing.


What do you need?

  • Excellent communication skills, with a high degree of accuracy and professionalism in written approach.
  • Proven experience in a HR coordination role or similar, within a relevant industry (ideally professional services or fintech).
  • Experience working within a fast-paced, multi-office environment.
  • Knowledge of human resources processes and best practices.
  • HR systems experience.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills are strongly preferred but not essential.
  • Experience working in a global business is preferred but not essential.

  • Able to adapt skillset to varying tasks, demonstrate flexibility, and assimilate knowledge quickly.
  • Able to handle matters with sensitivity and confidentiality.
  • Willing to be flexible with working hours when required, to accommodate multiple time zones.
