MP2 is known for developing new and innovative solutions. As an energy retailer, MP2 uses proprietary technology to optimize C&amp;I energy consumption and manage its exposure to volatile retail prices. The company is a leading provider of demand response (‘DR’) services, enabling customers to participate in the ERCOT and PJM markets via relays, time-of-use, smart-meters and 4CP reduction. As of 2017, MP2 had a diverse 1,700MW portfolio of assets, including wind, utility-scale solar, distributed solar, landfill gas and natural-gas-fired peaker plants.
